PARIT, 29 Sept 2019 — Kerajaan negeri sentiasa mengalu-alukan kerjasama dari pengusaha industri bagi membuka peluang pekerjaan lebih baik kepada para pelajar di Institusi Latihan Kemahiran Belia dan Sukan (ILKBS).
Menteri Besar Perak, Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu berkata bagi memastikan kehendak industri dipenuhi, perlu ada komunikasi, penyelarasan antara pihak industri, institusi pendidikan serta kerajaan yang membuat dasar.
“Ketika teknologi berkembang pesat dengan Revolusi Industri 4.0 kian rancak mengambil alih landskap kemajuan dunia, medium latihan, bimbingan dan pendidikan juga perlu sentiasa dipastikan memenuhi kehendak industri supaya pelajar lebih berdaya saing dalam pasaran kerja.
“Pihak berkepentingan juga diharap dapat saling menjalin kerjasama dan tidak bekerja seolah-olah berada di dalam ’circle’ sendiri semata-mata bagi membentuk modal insan berkemahiran,” katanya.
Beliau berkata demikian dalam teks ucapannya yang dibacakan Exco Pembangunan Belia dan Sukan negeri, Howard Lee Chuan How di Majlis Perasmian Program Career Fest ILKBS Zon Utara dan Pertandingan Inovasi Idea’19, Kementerian Belia dan Sukan Tahun 2019 di Insititut Kemahiran Belia Negara (IKBN) Seri Iskandar di sini hari ini.
Program tiga hari bermula Jumaat lalu anjuran IKBN Seri Iskandar, IKBN Bukit Mertajam, IKBN Jitra, IKBN Kuala Naka dan IKBN Kuala Perlis itu diadakan bagi memberi pendedahan kepada pelajar ILKBS dengan menyediakan peluang pekerjaan bersama industri yang telah menjalinkan kerjasama dengan ILKBS.
