CYBERJAYA, 29 Ogos: Seramai 4,000 pelatih bakal dilahirkan menerusi program Pensijilan Profesional Berasaskan Industri Industr4WRD (IPC Industr4WRD) menjelang akhir tahun ini, menurut Institut Automotif, Robotik dan IoT Malaysia (MARii).
Ketua Pegawai Eksekutifnya, Datuk Madani Sahari, berkata program itu merupakan tawaran terkini MARii dalam usaha membangunkan bakat yang diperlukan untuk menjayakan Revolusi Perindustrian Keempat (IR 4.0).
Program IPC Industr4WRD dirasmikan oleh Menteri Perdagangan Antarabangsa dan Industri (MITI), Datuk Darell Leiking.
Sehingga kini, menurutnya seramai 1,185 pelatih IPC Industr4WRD sudah menamatkan latihan berasaskan teori menerusi program yang memberi tumpuan kepada bahagian utama seperti keselamatan siber dalam pembuatan pintar, simulasi, kejuruteraan berbantu komputer (CAE), kembar digital dan analitik data raya.
Beliau berkata, ia merupakan inisiatif MARii dalam usaha melahirkan bakat yang akan menjadi sebahagian daripada rangkaian nasional dalam sektor pekerjaan berkemahiran dengan asas utama hasil dari graduasi dalam program berkenaan.
“Selepas menamatkan sesi pembelajaran tepri, peserta akan meneruskan latihan semasa bekerja dalam pelbagai bidang industri bagi tempoh 150 hari untuk menimba pengalaman dalam persekitaran kerja sebenar, budaya dan proses kerja.
“Setiap modul dalam program IPC Industr4WRD direka untuk membolehkan peserta menyerap asas teknologi dan sistem dalam sektor pembuatan pintar, automasi dan robotik yang akan memacu kejayaan sektor berkaitan,” katanya, memetik kenyataannya, di sini, kelmarin.
MARii mengendalikan sesi teori IPC Industr4WRD dengan kerjasama UiTM, membabitkan 17 kampusnya di seluruh negara.
