SEREMBAN, 9 Julai 2019 — Lebih 5,000 jawatan kosong ditawarkan dalam pelbagai bidang pekerjaan pada Karnival Pekerjaan dan Pendidikan TVET Negeri Sembilan 2019 di Pall Mall Seremban di sini pada Sabtu ini.
Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Bertindak Sumber Manusia, Perladangan dan Hal Ehwal Bukan Islam negeri, J. Arul Kumar berkata program anjuran kerajaan negeri dengan kerjasama JobsMalaysia dan Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Negeri Sembilan (JTKNS) yang julung kali diadakan itu dijangka dirasmikan oleh Menteri Besar, Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun.
Katanya sebanyak 40 majikan (syarikat) akan menyertai karnival ini termasuk Samsung SDIEM, Recron, ALPS Electric, Daihatsu Perodua Engine Manufacturing, Pos Malaysia, TDK (M) Sdn Bhd, Nilai Medical Centre, SKF Bearing Industries, Genting Malaysia Bhd dan SWM Environment.
“Temu duga terbuka akan diadakan pada hari tersebut dan jawatan yang ditawarkan adalah dalam pelbagai kategori daripada profesional sehingga pekerja am dengan tawaran gaji dari RM1,100 sehingga RM12,000.
“Di samping itu, majikan-majikan juga disaran untuk memberi gaji yang kompetitif sejajar dengan produktiviti kepada pekerja tempatan. Pihak kerajaan juga berharap agar rakyat tempatan menggunakan peluang dan ruang yang disediakan ini dengan sebaik mungkin,” katanya pada sidang media di sini, hari ini.
Turut hadir ialah Timbalan Pengarah, JTKNS Roslan Bahari dan Pengurus, Pusat JobsMalaysia Negeri Sembilan, Azrul Amin Ahmad Latifi.
Arul Kumar berkata kerajaan negeri sentiasa mengambil langkah proaktif dalam menyediakan peluang pekerjaan kepada rakyat tempatan dan menyediakan mekanisme penjodohan pekerjaan melalui JobsMalaysia yang amat berkesan dalam membantu rakyat tempatan mendapatkan pekerjaan.
Beliau berkata selain temu duga dan pameran kerjaya, turut diadakan ialah pameran TVET (pendidikan teknikal dan latihan vokasional) daripada agensi terlibat seperti Institut Latihan Perindustrian (ILP), Politeknik, Kolej Vokasional, Kolej Komuniti, Mara, Kumpulan Yayasan Akademi Negeri Sembilan dan Institut Kemahiran Tinggi Belia Negara.
“Pengunjung juga boleh mendapatkan khidmat nasihat perburuhan daripada JTKNS, mendapatkan khidmat nasihat penyediaan resume dan tips hadir temu duga di Klinik Kerjaya yang disediakan, membuat pendaftaran secara percuma di portal JobsMalaysia dan menjalankan ujian psikometrik yang akan dikendalikan oleh kaunselor daripada Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Sembilan,” katanya.
